Actually these pictures were taken in Week 3 (last weekend) but I’m not that good at this blogging thing. Sorry!
Anyway, here we have some pictures of Juniper in classic “cat loaf” position, which means sitting/lying upright with all her legs tucked under her. You know, the position that makes you wish you had a glass tabletop… I think this is a good pose in which to document her diet progress, since it’s so standardized. Hopefully a picture of her in cat loaf two months from now will reflect significantly thinner loaf.
So here we go. Cat loaf, from the top:

Cat loaf, from the side:

And most hilariously, cat loaf full frontal, and fully pissed off:

It’s like she knows what these pictures are for. I can’t say I blame her…I’d be pissed too.

Oh man. Cat loaf. I have to say I think she looks the most pissed from the side. Johanna! There’s just more to love!

one time when Rob was being a loaf, I dangled a string over her face to get her to sit up. When she did, she exposed her two tucked-away, upturned, parallel, pink-toe-padded feet. It was the cutest ever.

Cat feet really are the cutest ever! Juniper’s toe pads are mostly black, not pink, but she lets you touch them which totally makes up for it. Also speaking of cat feet, this – http://www.flickr.com/photos/junku/206950996/in/photostream/ – is the picture I meant to link to demonstrate the use of glass tabletops. I think that’s more what Junie would look like from the bottom. So smooshy!

Johanna! How does Juniper look these days?! It’s almost bikini season!

Kind of the same. I’m not sure she’s really *trying* to lose weight. So frustrating!

Besides his stylish black paw pads, Blynken has white toe tufts and little black spots on each paw. Talk about the total package.
